March 3rd Patrick Henry High School
4320 Newton Ave No. Mpls 55412
On Issues Day, students attend four different workshops sessions that they choose
in advance. Presenters may speak and conduct their workshops during one session
or all four. The aim of this event is to help connect their goals and interests
of students with role models and real-life experiences. Juxtaposition Arts has
been chosen to present at one of these workshops.
Hosted by DeAnna and Roger Cummings this workshop approaches the arts from two separate but converging directions. First the role of art in the field of art education and community based non-profit arts work. Secondly, the role of the urban artist in contemporary graphic design. Students may sign up through PHHS.
